The first few days with Piper felt like they were creeping. But slowly, the days turned to weeks, weeks turned to months.. and now they're turning into years. I can hardly believe it. She's closer to two than she is to one, and that makes me weep. I look at pictures that feel like yesterday, to realize they were a year ago. And now as I catch up on blogging, I can't believe it's APRIL. She's growing up too fast, can understand too much, and it makes me too sad.
January was a cold month, and we spent most of it indoors. Thankfully, Piper is into a lot right now. We color, paint, play, read and cook. It's too much fun, and I am eternally grateful to spend every day with her. I already feel like I don't see her enough, and if I had to go to work every day... well, I would probably be a miserable person. Praise the Lord for meeting our needs, and sometimes our wants, too.
Piper's two major loves: books and babies.
Wasn't a fan of the cold - playing in the snow didn't last long. She get it from her momma.
Still having issues with eating. Someone from birth to 3 is coming to check some things out. Pray for us!
